Participation of IPL in TB PAN-NET

WP1: "Molecular epidemiology of drug resistant strains  in selected metropolitan settings in Western and Eastern Europe "

  1. molecular characterization of the MDR-TB and sensitive strains collected in Paris
  2. identification of clinical and social risk factors associated with the development of drug resistant TB
  3. integration of the molecular data and the epidemiological information to define TB transmission patterns by identifying both unsuspected risk factors and transmission networks.
